You're most likely missing the prod keys and firmware files. Dump them from your Switch and place them where Emudeck tells you to. If you need help dumping them from your Switch, go to the Yuzu FAQ page and it will detail it for you. Follow the yuzu QuickStart guide like it tell you to.
