This is an add-on to the "Half Demon" mod (Load after "Half Demon"). Changes parent base model to Half Elf instead of Tiefling to make bodies smooth. ONLY add-on one wing "Half Demon" mod at a time. This should still be compatible with Alternate horns for tieflings, but unlikely to mesh well with Devil Wings.

i know this is a few months old but if you use a program called revo uninstaller, it will remove all files for vortex and any registry files and left over folders after a regular uninstall. i used it to uninstall vortex and it stopped all the errors from popping up. I am having this problem now with the full release of BG3, it was easy to mod just fine during Early Access. I posted this in another thread in the BG3 specific forum on here: I am having the same problem, it seems Vortex is doing "something" to delete the "load order" then spit out an error: "Failed to write load order"

If you get that, at least one of your mods in invalid, meaning it's not supported by (this version of) BG3. Also check on the load order page that the mods are all enabled. If you are having issues with Vortex mod manager, do not report them here, as they are not bugs on this mod, but rather Vortex just still not working perfectly with BG3.
