Oh I forgot, the best version for physical damage weapons is the one with 2 radial slots and 1 triangle slot, cause of physical gems having that shape. BennyBop. yeah you mose well get all three, 14 in strength, 15 in skill the rest into bloodtinge. That would be the best bet if you are going full bloodtinge. However if you want a hybrid then yeah skill/tinge so Chikage and bow blade do some damage in non blood mode and you get more damage from viscerals.
It's a trash stat for a skill build. However, you do want an alternative source of damage besides your main weapon, and most guns have poor scaling regardless of bloodtinge outside of cannon, which is a strength weapon, so go with whichever has more arcane so you can at least equip and get something out of magic items.
