So recently I haven't been able to play ESO on PS4 during peak times for the server (usually evenings US time). No matter what I do I just can't play because the lag is SO bad that it takes 5 seconds to switch weapons and even in questing zones where there is just me and my quest partner, she is constantly skipping across the screen and my skills are delayed so bad in combat that I can't time ...
