Fallout 4 ultrawide fix.
The problem is that your new computer will do things with Fallout 4 like run the monitor at 300 Hz and disable the v-sync and run the frame-rates above 100 FPS and you'll try to do things like get it to fit full-screen on an ultra-wide screen monitor. These are all things that Fallout wasn't designed to handle.

the first <position x y z /> move the right window. the second <position x y z /> move the left one. x= move left right. y= move up down. z= move near far. quaternions move rotation but it s a bit tricky so look on google to see how it work.
