Solved. A friend of mine asked for my help fixing his John Deere Gator 850i and after doing some diagnostics I have come to the conclusion that it has no spark to either cylinder. I checked this by getting a test light and putting one end on the spark plug and one in the boot. The light did not flash or anything.

It was running and I was mowing then it lost power like it was on one cyl then came back I though it was fuel related. but no. It did that 3 times.
