There is one location a cart can cross 441, but it’s outside of The Villages. You can cross 441 by using the MMP bridge near Spanish Springs. You cannot drive a cart on 441 or 42. If you have a “street legal” golf cart you can operate it on Buena Vista and Morse, and can legally cross 466 and 466A.
