Go to the settings of the app and select “Apple Watch.”. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Apple Watch to your Planet Fitness app. Even key tags (which they don’t hand out any more) don’t work. Sign in with the app only. You have to accept the wellness check in the app in order to bring up the bar code to scan in. Otherwise they have to go through all the questions with you about COVID. Quicker and easier for everyone to just use the app. Suggest deleting the app entirely and try reinstalling it.
