The best way to accomplish this is by linking in those CAD files, aligning those CAD Links with each Level in your model, and then modelling the ductwork, air terminals, equipment, etc. over top of the of the CAD Links. It can go quickly if you're competent with Revit, but it's going to be a manual affair.
