Can't imagine how a system like rrecs, with all the flaws, unrealistic time standards, pay being effected because subs aren't doing scans, management not holding them accountable like spm scans, scans not showing up, etc can hold up if the association fought this. I frequently pickup misdelivered mail for bigger volume stops because the rcas just jump to the last letter.
