English. General Discussion. So quick background: I didn't have a Smartphone until the beginning of the year so I never had a security authenticator for this game before. However, I was going over security methods for my third (and final) attempt at the 1002 certification and it reminded me of the security key for SWTOR.I had to call CS and they had me read off the security keys of my game and expansions. They removed the old one for me and then I put a new one on the 4. This was in WoW btw. This is just hearsay, but I have heard that the process to get a problem like this fixed with TOR is considerably more arduous.

It seems to correspond to the day you activated your security key. You can look online under 'My Account' for a list of all of the CC transactions that have occurred for your account.
