The DVR is currently unplugged or restarting. I have had this message for several hours. I reset the RG as well as all 4 boxes in the house. Then I unplugged everything and tried again. The I disconnected the HDMI cables and reconnected. Still showing the same message.

Same kind of issue. in NW burbs of Chicago. Around 7:15p CT could not play a recording; then a couple of channels not work then more channels not working. Around 9p restarted the Receiver (DVR) and then getting message about U-verse is not avaiable at this time. Wireless receiver was working for a bit after that but then stopped as well.
