I have been trying to diagnose issues that we are seeing on our network for VoIP issues with Mitel. We ran network monitoring for a couple of days this week and the last and are seeing this intermittent high latency and packet loss on the network here. (It's not due to overutilization, we have a 1gb/1gb and average 150mb).
