As DooM 2 Steam runs immediatly DOOM 2 with no parameter command, you have to open Doom2m.conf, and on the "DOOM2.EXE" line, add the -file parameter and the PWAD. Example: DOOM2.EXE -file ACHRON22.WAD. Don't forget to add the wad on the same directory than DooM 2.
