Use COA for trying to kill hidden bosses or speedy boss fast. Make farms to level 5. Make your cowboy max. Max your accel or turret. Put 3 more turret and make to max or get 4 more accel then max it. When its final wave, removed farms and get 2 more commanders and make coa.

If you want to SERIOUSLY grind HC, best way is to just get to wave 26-27 with Ace, Mili, Commander DJ, Farm (if you are lucky, you can get to wave 35 with this loadout) If you want to go as far as possible, Ace, Mili, Commander, Ranger and Farm. If you want to grind, it's much more efficient to die somewhere in between waves 22 and 30.
