there are no special settings for BotW, the default will yield the best performance. Cemu is only two years older than Yuzu, and its development has slowed down significantly in the last two years - mostly because nobody cares about the Wii U besides playing BotW. I'd argue Cemu is actually now behind Yuzu in terms of overall compatibility and stability, and definitely in feature set.
