the glitch was patched as of version 0.5 (or 0.4, don't remember exact time it was patched), however there is still a duplication method in the game that works. essentially what you want to do is drop an item and close your inventory at the same time. for the best effect edit the keybind's so that you open and close your inventory with the right mouse button.
