My friend who was promised an allocation for a spyder has been waiting 13 months and he believes the dealership is just putting people in front of him who pay the premium ADM. That said used 718 GT4s can be had for around 130-140. 981 GT4s going around 105-115. I also called several dealerships a few months ago.

Now it's real and about 1 month out from delivery. Only thing missing on this Build Code is the Deviated stitching.
