There's only two ways to have multiple save files. You can start a new save file in master mode while keeping your current file in regular mode. If you're playing on the switch you can create another user and start a new game on that. We shouldn't have to copy save folders and such, just to have more than one save game. This should be a standard feature, and really needs to be implemented as soon as possible.
