Just to clarify - this is wrong. The Ikelos weapons were added to the world drop pool. Calus Mini Tool and the other reissued menagerie weapons were not. There is no way to get CMT at this time unless Xur or Banshee happens to sell it.

Calus Mini Tool. Can you still get it in lightfall? Not too sure of the pathway at the moment - seems like Banshee might be selling previous seasonal weapons on a rotation, and there's plans to put a mechanism for making guns into deepsight patterns at a future time. Keep checking Banshee's rotation is about the only chance for the time being.
Doubt it'll be red border. If you want a good PvE sidearm, I know Drang rolls with Incandescent and Banshee can in fact sell that when it comes around. It's exotic but one of my favorites is Traveler's Chosen. Every kill can give stacks to consume to regen all your abilities at once.
