Ha ha. I tend to think that "drawbacks" don't really exist in Lancer. Either your awesome mech can lay waste to what's in front of it, or it can't and just fucks up the battlefield in some other way, like the Lich here. The way mechs are handled in this game, you can probably find some kind of license to shove into your mech that tries to cover an obvious drawback.
