I wonder though how many people who got picked either don't qualify or won't send in their application because they don't want to spend the $200? Hoping A LOT!! Did anyone else enter the lottery for the 1BR M-L co-op in the Columbus Circle area? The ad for that one came out just after the Masaryk towers ad.

CMJ is CMJ Music Marathon, five days with hundreds of music showcases - mostly indie bands. Most of the venues were either on the LES between Houston and Delancey, or in Williamsburg. Shame I wasn't already living in Masaryk, many of the places were only 5-10 minutes walk from there, and Williamsburg five minutes by subway.Credit check is for everyone that works. Because even though they ate not head they are still bringing income into the houshold. My building is HPD lottery as well but rental not coop and they check everyones credit. If the person moves in after the head already got the apartment then they do not check.
