Mar 7, 2022. #3. Total screw job to the rural carriers. For our new evaluations only 3 months of boxholders, loadtime, end of shift, rawmail, etc will be averaged in for the 52 week period. They are supposed to print them out for you. We are only counting letter and flats that are worked by the clerks in the office as well as letter mail exceptions/errors pulled from dps. Every 4 inverted letters in the dps is one random/raw letter credit.But if they are adding the extra day, that means we will get a huge bonus for the mail on Sept 5, since itll include the missorts, flats, etc from the Sept 4th Holiday.
