Idk if there’s anything you can do to totally avoid body aches, but proper hydration & good shoes helped. Full body work out- the repetitiveness of bartending will overuse certain muscle grounds and underuse others creating compounding compensation issues. Stay on top of this.Don’t let a bad tip get you down because that can ruin the whole shift. Be friendly, smile, have a good attitude with coworkers, get to know the kitchen staff first and foremost, the cooks will bail you out when you mess up. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes.
