Long heading but I want to use Dawson Base Pads for Staccato P on Infinity 140mm mags in a Staccato P with a Dawson Magwell for Staccato for Gen 2 Grips installed. With a little sanding and polishing I got the mags to work but I'm concerned with over inserting the mags. Profile of the lip is different. Close but enough to not allow fitment. G1 height of the front lip/tip point is slightly shorter. The shape in the front seems less curved than the G2.
