Had this exact problem in my 2013 Accord V6. Try to replace the key battery and still had the same problem. I had to go record the card making this issue before anyone at Honda would even look at it. It turned out to be the start stop button system was defective and had to be replaced. Thankfully I caught it while the car was still under warranty.
