Its AoW is incredible slow to the points where it loses its usefulness. At that point it's basically a weapon with a colossal move set and nothing more. Being able to choose the Aow on the Greatsword already puts it ahead of Ghiza's but it also has a better moveset as well. Greatsword is a far more practical weapon. For anyone wondering why I didn't get hit immediately, all new summons start with i-frames where they can do damage but don't receive any. I assume this is in an effort to give new summons a chance if they spawn surrounded by enemies, and discourage efforts to blender a new summon.
