U world is better for test prep mksap better for knowledge base. It's been a few years (I passed the test in 2016), but in my experience UWorld for ABIM was much, much trickier than MKSAP. Thanks. I did all of that years MKSAP and I did about 2/3 of UWorld for the ABIM exam. UWorld is trickier but helps hammer in some of the more difficult concepts. Passed quite comfortably and probably overdid it in the end. The only book I read was the Board Basics book that came with MKSAP (which is gold).
