It is very likely the receiver in the hub thats bent from misalignment, this will have to be fixed to make the speedo cable spin. A quick check is to remove the cable from the hub and spin with your fingers while looking for movement on the speedo needle. If it moves, your problem is in the hub. If it dont move, it may be you cable.

I went from an older Electra Glide to this one, and it IS bigger. And what a difference in power. If you like the 1500, you will love the 2000.2.
