Soooo there are two possibilities! 1st, did you upgrade your Staff using Staff points to unlock Xfactors? If not do this and that should solve your issue. The 2nd issue I haven’t solved is my Rookie player in season 2 is an Xfactor in the menus but not in a game. I can’t find a fix for this one.
