I took two out to the range and neither one of them would reliably lock the slide back when empty. I also had several stovepipes. The pistol runs fine with the stock mags. Before going to the range I took the mag apart and checked the spring and did a little sanding inside the mag on the polymer side, on the sharp edges of the follower and the top edges of the the mag. Nothing drastic with the mag, but just a little touch up.
