I'm curious about it too, they silent nerfed the Phantom Intention counts when they completely removed the Phantom Horns (relic Brelshaza gear materials) and switched them to Phantom Intentions, but they gave us the first 5 clear thingie which doubles your reward for the first 5 clears on that character.
