I just upgraded my SD card from 128GB to 256GB. Have a mix of NSP installed games and XCI games. The NSP installed games still work perfectly, save files, updates, DLC etc. No issues whatsoever. Just copied all the files from the first SD card to a folder on my desktop, switched SD cards and copied them all back.
