Nov 13, 2023 · Enchanted whelp crests are used to increase the basic crafting levelling recipes, not the spark ones. It doesn’t require a spark to make a whelpling crest 447. The equivalent last season took those same recipes to 408. Most didn’t have use for that because the ilvl jump from 10.0 to 10.1 wasn’t as large. 3 Likes.
