The Glock 19 can stand in for a MR920, and a 43/43x/48 is probably closer to the CR920P but without the compensator and lower capacity. Very different in size. One is a glock 19 size, the other a glock 43 size. Compact vs subcompact. Cr920p with the comp will still have a shorter slide length than the mr920.

MR920, everybody will say G19 because this is a Glock sub, but the MR920 offers everything that you will probably do to a G19, right out of the box, so yeah choose wisely. I honestly don’t know which one I would pick. I love my Gen 5 G19 MOS with Talon Grips Pro texture and with an Overwatch Precision PolyDat trigger.

I do not have an Elite to compare to, because I'm one of "those" old folks who believe windows are good for houses and cars, but not guns. I did notice that my MR920 Combat's trigger isn't too much lighter than OE Glocks (gen3-5). Shadow Systems keeps their models close enough to the Glock family that you can use holsters made for Glocks. And beyond that, you can do whatever you want to dial these guns in if you want to – lots of Gen 4 options on the market. Managing Editor Jacki uses a Glock 19 PHLster holster for the MR920 here. That being said there is a major tradeoff in terms of the practice to proficiency ratio. You need to shoot this gun a lot to stay good with it. 1.
I had a MR920 Elite and had problems the first 200 rounds. The trigger is a C at best. I sold it. I own the the Glock 19x, Glock 45, Glock 17 gen5, Glock 30S and the Glock 26 gen4.
