Sana has got to be my top favourite for that special alone. It's just too satisfying to stomp the enemies under my heels. I found that toward lategame (25min+) Plushie + Nurse's Horn was just letting me live as long as I keep moving, even when there are 2-3 enemies on top of me. 30min rush killed me once I ran out of my Special, but it was GLORIOUS
