If you replace it and it blows again, you may have a short behind the front auxiliary plug (right above the floor at the bottom of the center console).

The new part # is 94050-06080 (Cdn # 0612689). There is also a TSB #01-096 that deals with loose rear wiper arm. It says to remove old nut, clean splines on the shaft and install above-mentioned new nut.
