The step has a lid and under the lid is a tub. You need to remove the liner then then the tub. There is the the reservoir and pump.My jacks are up all the way . my oil level is full , I shut off the power in coach and it still doing the same . on ,off blinks , the wait light blink , and the neutral safety switch light blinks . My jacks are power gear they have springs to retract them . The pump is power gear also .

I read your question about your problem the other day and remembered reading about my reset procedure. I was in my rig doing maintenance today and took a few pictures from my owners manual for you. This is for the "Lippert Level Up" system. Some recommend to clean the leveler cylinder with warm, soapy water and then spray a dry lubricant, such as WD-40, and wipe off the excess. Other manufacturers recommend using a silicone lubricant.The nose of the RV is above level. 2. I have a Zero calibrated leveling system. By manually extend all of the jacks about 6 to 8 inches. At the quick level touchpad power on, I press and released retract all, then I press and held retract all for 3-5 seconds. Jacks auto retracted and rehome the system. 3.2. Once the trailer is level, turn off the touch pad. 3. With the touch pad off, press and release the “FRONT” button five (5) times and then press and release the “REAR” button five (5) times. 4. The touch pad will flash and beep and the display will read “ZERO. POINT CALIBRATION ENTER to set, Power to Exit”. 5. I did a different reset by pushing the retract and enter buttons simultaneously and the system reset allowing me to level my RV. However, only the back levelers would come down.
