Use seppuku if you really want bleed buildup. -put a lot of that dex into arcane, and switch to the Rivers of Blood. RoB and Nagakiba are both great. Nagakiba has crazy length though. At 50 arcane nagakiba with the seppuku buff gets over 107 bleed buildup, and Rivers of Blood gets only 73. Not sure how the nagakiba's skill factors in though.Flame, Cleanse Me can be accessed with a Talisman and maybe a different hat when you really need it (a later game quest). You also get quick bleed build up doing that as the dual wield moveset means you're constantly hitting foes with both weapons in quick succession. 2.
