Nexus. "Realigns a pawn's inclination that he might make his fellow pawns' safety his highest priority." Pawns with Nexus in 1º or 2º will carry unconscious pawns to the Arisen. More carrying with 1º. Without Nexus or Medicant they are more likely to be left to return to the rift unless help is requested.

Her result was that Challenger/Mitigator provided the pawn's optimum distance away from enemies to maximize DPS of the ranger's bow attacks.I run Scather/Utilitarian on my Strider and she does pretty good. I would probably say run Utilitarian and then choose between scather and challenger. I've been running my pawn as a tank since she was built. I have 30 of every inclination potion in my bank at all times just for testing purposes.They can also be re-enforced by your own actions. For example, heavy use of the "help" command will cause your pawn to adopt the guardian inclination. Look at the descriptions for the various inclinations and behave in a similar manner and your pawn will start to mimic it. Answering yes to that question will allow you to set your secondary inclination, which should be guardian in this case - selecting no doesn't really do anything. You only get questions like that when your secondary and tertiary inclinations are too close in value for the pawn to differentiate between. There is no real drawback in selecting yes.
