I didn't do anything except cranking up saturation and interchange is all I play. All those contrast and sharpness recommendation are worthless. First, it decreases the amount of damage you take by 10%. Second, it increases your stamina recovery by 0.5 per second for 15 minutes. And lastly, it increases your strength and endurance levels by 10 and 20 respectively. However, it will decrease your hydration and energy by 0.1 per second for 15 minutes.
