May 19, 2015 · Heres a good test to reproduce problems if you have both a Roamio and a Mini: 1) Tune an encrypted channel on the Roamio -- I used A&E. 2) If you try to watch the same channel on your Mini, the Tivo will use two tuners to do so. 3) V58 errors galore every 5-10 minutes on the Mini. Seems like premium type channels. I get different msg depending on the TIVO and if I have rebooted. I have TIVO HD, TIVO Roamio and TIVO Volt. Tivo CableCard "D261" issues. Hi. I swapped out my Tivo Bolt for an Xfinity box because the CableCard was dropping channels with "Channel Unavailable/D261" errors. Xfinity swapped out the CableCard, but that did not fix the issue. The Xfinity box is cludgy and unintuitive compared to Tivo. You can't switch between channels

More recently I started getting V58 Error Code Cannel Not Authorized on 3 of the 4 tuners.
