The VTM-4 light only means there is something wrong with your drivetrain, which includes the engine. Once you fixed the cause for the CEL, the VTM-4 light will go off by itself. 2001 MDX.

I just had mine done for just under $40 but only because they misquoted me when I made the service appointment. Should have been around $70 w/o coupons. Probably will just do it myself next time.
