The PS Form 4241-A must be provided to the carrier in order to communicate the new RRECS evaluation for the route. If my route is evaluated at 45 hours, I should be able to work 45 hours without harassment from management. That's what my route is supposed to take. Excluding vacations and sick leave for sake of argument, 45 hours x 52 weeks = 2340. So I should be able to work 2340 hours if needed.
