Detroit 60 series starting problems.

I have a no start probelm with a Detroit 60 series engine mounted in a Freightliner. It is throwing fault code 42 too few SRS (missing SRS), replaced SRS sensor, Checked wiring to sensor, checked power supply and ignition power. Everything OK but engine refueses to start, however it runs on starting fluid.
