HADC is excited to announce it will open its Housing Choice Voucher Program Tenant-Based (commonly known as Section 8) Waiting List. This program provides rental assistance to eligible low-income families, seniors and persons with disabilities. Interested persons must apply by completing an online application at www.dekalbhousing.org.
The Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is NOT open. MHA housing is available to individuals and families earning less than 30% of Area Median Income (ranging from $22,600 for a single person to $29,050 for a family of three).Public Housing is available to those income eligible families who qualify for one, two, three, four or five bedroom units.
