So far I plan to get a Shadow Signet, Ring of Wizardry, and ring of substance, and Third eye once I get to where I need to, the campaign I'm in were planning to get to 20th level also. Shadow Signet being in the game doesn't really have that much bearing on the accuracy of a Spell Attack unless an enemy is perhaps Flat Footed to you as well somehow. Or Frigthened. Staves, wands, scrolls, and spellhearts are all great items for spellcasters. Skill items are also pretty good (things that give item bonuses to skills, such as Hat of the Magi). Although it is an uncommon item, if your sorcerer is of the arcane tradition than a Ring of Wizardry might be good.You can grab yourself a Pendant of the Occult, maybe a Wand or some scrolls. The only item to my knowledge that can situationally increase your chances is the Shadow Signet, which allows you to target a monsters Reflex or Fort save instead of AC when making a spell attack.
