Reverse progression: vampires are stronger, not weaker, when recently fed. Long term progression in the form of vampire ranks and Vampiric Drain upgrades. Issue: I have trued using Vampire Seduction as the quest says to in order to proceed with enthralling the Moth Priest (Dexion Evicus).
