Events are end wipe. Usually once a week leading up to the official wipe they have little events. Like the 100k USD for using player/scav extract. The best one I think was all the raiders on Factory. So much juicy gear. But once the events start the wipe is near. I think it’s like a month or two before wipe
The ammo purchase unlock will stay till end of wipe in 3 to 4 weeks. It was the same with purchase unlocks last wipe. Also the quest will stay till then.
