They are not transferable. Steam Deck cache works with the Steam Deck only. Shader Cache are GPU and driver versions dependant. I recommend build your own shaders.

If you have a good PC, your best route may be adding Yuzu as a non-steam game and streaming from your PC to Deck. The CPU on the Deck isn't powerful enough with the current code to translate everything, but that could be corrected in the future as the code is optimized. Right click on totk and it'll give you an option to clear all cache pipelines. Deleting your old shader cache will make the emulator compile all the shaders again. When you load into a new area for the first time it will stutter slightly till the shaders are all built but it prevents graphical glitches from occurring by reusing older caches.
